International Conference on Nonequilibrium and Ultrafast Quantum States will be accompanied by a tutorial session and a round-table discussion on nonequilibrium phenomena. (For oversea speakers: Due to the constraints of COVID-19 pandemic, the conference will be held in a hybrid offline and online format.)

This conference aims to provide a platform for experimental and theoretical researchers working on nonequilibrium states and associated ultrafast phenomena in a broad scope of physical systems including molecules and materials, to share the latest technological developments and scientific progresses in both experiment and theory. 

Topics under discussion include, but are not limited to:

• Nonequilibrium phenomena in condensed matters

• Excited state dynamics and properties

• Open quantum systems

• Nonlinear optics in quantum materials

• High harmonic generation

• Strong-field physics

• Ultrafast spectroscopy and high-dimensional spectroscopy

• Coherent and nonlinear phononics

• Experimental and theoretical methods
